Cancellations are subject to rules of Keonjhar Forest Division. Safari booking cancellations must be made strictly through the official booking system or authorized channels. Cancellation requests made outside the prescribed process will not be entertained.
Refunds are processed strictly as per the rules and regulations of the Keonjhar Forest Division and Government of Odisha. Payment gateway charges, service fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable.
No refund shall be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, violation of safari rules, forest closures due to weather conditions, wildlife movement, or administrative reasons.
In case of natural disasters, government orders, wildlife emergencies, or safety-related issues, safari operations may be cancelled without prior notice. Refund or rescheduling decisions shall be final and binding.
Approved refunds are credited within 7–14 working days.
